Message to Membership – September 19, 2024
From the Artistic Director:
With September going by quickly, we are getting closer to our first rehearsal on October 7! Many exciting and beautiful moments await us with Beethoven and Vaughan Williams, and I can’t wait to hear how you sound on them. Enjoy the last few weeks of September, and I look forward to seeing many of you, if not all, at our 9/29 social!
Jack
From the Executive Director:
Thank you for the warm welcome you have given me since the announcement of my appointment. These are exciting times for us all and I can’t wait for our new season to begin! I look forward to seeing you at the social!
Sarah

MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS
From the Membership Committee:
If you didn’t send in your 2024-25 Membership Commitment form either by email or by mail over the summer, there is still time, but time is running out!
With the departure of Steve Cottle as VP of Membership in June, Diane Link, who volunteered to take over the committee, has been hard at work learning the role. The Membership Committee decided to subscribe to “Choir Genius”, an online choir management platform. “Hartford Chorale-Choir Genius” will be rolled out in phases and expected to help us stay connected, be more efficient and sustainable.
Current members who submitted a 2024-25 commitment form have been entered into Choir Genius (CG). We use the 2024-25 commitment form to create each member’s CG account, track attendance and generate seating for every rehearsal and concert. If you already sent your form in, please do not resend it. After this week, the Membership Committee will contact members who have not returned forms or whose forms could not be located. Fillable 2024-25 Membership Forms can be found in the Member Section of the chorale website. Password Chorale24.
Please email your form to membership@hartfordchorale.org as soon as possible.
Many thanks,
Diane Link, VP Membership
